Sie zerst\u00f6rt selektiv die Tumorzellen der Epidermis und verschont dabei das gesunde umliegende Gewebe. Nationale und internationale Leitlinien haben daher f\u00fcr die PDT in der Behandlung von AK eine Klasse-IA-Empfehlung ausgesprochen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Auswahl der Lichtquelle spielt f\u00fcr den Therapieverlauf eine entscheidende Rolle. Bei der klassischen PDT verst\u00e4rken sich allerdings mit der Wirksamkeit des kalten LED-Rotlichts auch die therapiebegleitenden Nebenwirkungen (v.a. Schmerzen und Brennen, Hypertension, \u00d6dem), insbesondere bei der Feldbehandlung. Die Folge: Patienten, die bei der konventionellen PDT intensive Nebenwirkungen erlebt haben, lehnen gegebenenfalls weitere Behandlungen ab. Da die Behandlung weniger oder gar nicht schmerzhaft ist, r\u00fcckt immer mehr die sogenannte \u201eNatural Daylight\u201c-PDT (NDL-PDT) in den Vordergrund, bei der Patienten mit der Applikation des Photosensibilisators und nachfolgender Tageslicht-Exposition behandelt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Der Nachteil dieser Behandlung ist, dass sie sich nicht standardisieren l\u00e4sst. Der Erfolg dieser sehr gut vertr\u00e4glichen Daylight-PDT ist abh\u00e4ngig von der geographischen Lage, der Temperatur, der Jahres- und Tageszeit sowie vom aktuellen Wetter. Hierdurch ist diese Therapievariante nicht standardisiert und im Jahresverlauf aufgrund der meteorologischen Bedingungen nur begrenzt durchf\u00fchrbar. Ein weiterer Nachteil der NDL-PDT ist die fehlende Kontrolle, denn die Patienten sind w\u00e4hrend der Behandlung nicht unter der Kontrolle eines Dermatologen und setzen sich erneut UV-Strahlen Der Raum kann, wenn er gerade nicht f\u00fcr eine PDT ben\u00f6tigt wird, auch weiterhin anders genutzt werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wartungsarm und bedienerfreundlich:<\/strong><br \/>\nDas System wird als zugelassenes Medizinprodukt einmal im Jahr gewartet und ist dar\u00fcber hinaus robust und wartungsarm. Einzelne Module k\u00f6nnen bei Bedarf jederzeit ausgetauscht werden. Die Bedienung ist einfach und kann nach einer kurzen Einweisung und ohne spezielle Schulungen durch das Praxispersonal erfolgen.<\/p>\n<p>Nach der Inbetriebnahme wird der Behandlungsraum durch das
